PostSubject: Common sense?   Sat Sep 01, 2012 2:00 pm

I am a bit surprised to be typing this to be honest. I suppose one could continually suggest ideas to make the sport safer but we as kiters have to assume that some common sense will prevail. But just in case anyone else has the same idea:

Even if you consider your self to be a good kiter (this guy has 1 years experience) it is NOT a good idea to give your partner who cant pilot a kite a go at steering in 18-20 knots 5 meters from the DANGEROUSLY SHARP AND HARD ROCKS at Rest Bay when you are hooked into your kite. Any gust could have easily resulted in one or both people being dragged onto the rocks. Just remember should anything go wrong ROCKS FEEL NO PAIN.
