Rocks are significantly harder than you are, why would you launch/land 10feet away from them?! Pump your kite up there sure but ffs, walk to the water before you launch, especially if you're self launching/landing or it's blowing a hoolie...

Well said.... How many times do we have to c this both at rest and aber... Not only are they hard and will hurt u, but Mr and Mrs Tommy will not b happy when little Tommy is all upset at the blood and guts all over rocks, so said Mr and Mrs Tommy will complain to council, beach owners, and said people will ban us messy kitesurfers from the beach... If ur determined to hurt yourself go find some other beach!!
