OK - it arrived today prompt.

The finish isn't as nice as an Indo - could do with a coat of grip varnish and that would finish it nicely.

I am not convinced with the roller entirely. Although it works perfectly well at the moment I do question how durable its going to be. The roller is covered with the grippy net stuff you can get to hold things on your dashboard - so how it lasts remains to be seen.

Those observations aside- it was only £47....

Here are some close ups so you can form your own opinion.

Hope this helps...?

PS: Yes - we have a dog Razz

After a few days of use, this thing is pretty good.

Not as good as an Indo for freestyling, but for a general balance board workout, definitely worth saving the extra £50.

Overall, I'm impressed. HAPPY DAYS! Cool

I made my own using a skateboard and a piece of pipe!it does the job but that looks like a good replacement.

Apart from just balancing and doing squats, what other exercises do you use the board for?

I have been thinking of trying slacklineing for general balance

Hi Toby,

as well as a just a good core workout, I use my board to practice my grabs - so squats with a grab Very Happy

I also do press ups on the board - hands on the board and start pushing them out. Alternate the board and a swiss ball, you have an awesome core and upper body workout.

Coolio!
