Ok the winds going to be pants, who's up 4 a bike ride on Sunday morning? Avon - Penhydd or Cwmcam drive, about 17 Km each.

Beer head start at 10 ish back for Sunday lunch......

i might be up for a ride , but im a slow old bugger (in fact walking happens for some of it ! )

If we go to Avon it is only 500 m climb

I know , but depending on the day some of it require walking Wink

I was thinking ynyslas on sunday, But i think it's probably only 50/50 that it'll be working there. Where were you thinking of Alun?
